Peter was born Abt 1732 in Quincy Twp., Franklin Co., Pennsylvania. He died 15 Oct 1791 in Franklin Co., Pennsylvania. He was buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Quincy Twp., Franklin Co., Pennsylvania.
On 15 Nov 1753 he obtained a warrant for 30 acres in Cumberland Co., Pennsylvania. In 1762 he was a member of the Big Conewago Church of the Brethren and opposed the excommunication of George Adam Martin. In 1764 he joined George Adam Martin in Stony Creek Church of Brethren in Brothers Valley, Somerset Co. He had fifty acres at Stony Creek. He became an Elder in 1778. In 1780 he was a weaver and owned 250 acres. He paid taxes in Cumberland Co. from 1779 to 1782 and 1786.
Peter's and Elizabeth's deaths are recorded in the Ephrata Register.
