Earl was born 31 Mar 1931 in Bryant, Jay Co., Indiana. He died 19 Feb 2007 in Bluffton, Wells Co. Indiana. He was buried 22 Feb 2007 in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Bryant, Jay Co., Indiana.

He is the son of Dennis & Lena Hope (Kramer) Frank. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, a farmer in Bearcreek Township, and a former employee of CTS in Berne for many years.

One of his sisters-in-law was named Ada Marie. He had seven nephews and five nieces at the time of his death.

Earl married #50034 Waneta Jean Mills.
